Centerless cylindrical grinding

Centerless belt grinding systems – with more than a thousand machines delivered, LOESER is number one in this technology worldwide. Loops - between peaks

Cylindrical grinding between centers is always used when the geometry of the workpieces does not allow grinding in one pass. With our systems you achieve exactly the removal rate and surface quality you need.

Centerless - stationary - roll grinding

Stationary centerless grinding is an extremely efficient way of cylindrical grinding parts which, due to their properties, cannot be machined between centers or can only be machined with difficulty between centres, but which are not suitable for through-feed grinding due to their geometry. You save a lot of time here, because the clamping process and the positioning of the tailstock or steady rest are no longer necessary.
